I can't login, can you help?

When signing up you were sent a unique username & password combination via email. 

Please keep that email for future reference. 

Your login is valid for as long as your subscription lasts. When your subscription expires so does your login and you will no longer be able to access the members area.


The easiest way to enter your login information correctly is to COPY & PASTE it from the email to Notepad or any another text editor. 

Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces or tabs then copy and paste it from there into the login page.

Please note that both username and password are CASE sensitive.


We also recommend that you store your passwords in a password safe in case you should accidentally delete the email.


If you have lost your password, you can request for a new one here.


If you're sure you are entering the correct username and password combination and are still denied, here are a few things to try:

- Use a different browser

- Disable any browser extensions that manipulate script code, such as 'noscript' or 'ghostery'

- Empty your browsers cache, delete cookies and restart your browser - reboot your router/DSL modem


Please note that you may not share your username and password with 3rd parties. If you do, your access will be blocked automatically.


Please also note that using a VPN may cause your account to be blocked as it will simulate that you are logging in from several different locations.
